Aim

The postgraduate program “MSc in Critically Illness” aims to provide a high level of specialization in the management of patients who have a serious illness or are in a period of rehabilitation after a serious illness. The present PG aims to provide strong scientific background, experience and know-how in modern issues of managing the critically ill for a successful professional career in the private and public sector.

Duration

“MSc in Critically Illness” has a duration of 2 academic years and is divided into 4 semesters. The successful completion of the programme includes the attendance and examination in 9 (nine) courses, practical training and the preparation of a Master’s Thesis. The total number of credits (ECTS) required for the award of the Diploma of Postgraduate Studies is 120 ECTS.

Admission requirements

Graduates of Schools of Health Sciences and other Departments of Domestic Universities or recognized foreign Institutions (such as Biologists, Physiotherapists, Chemists, Biochemists, Clinical Dietitians, Physicians, Dietitians, Physicians, Gymnasts, as well as graduates of TEI Departments with relevant subject. Holders of a foreign university degree are admitted from institutions which are included in the relevant DOATAP Register in accordance with Article 304 of Law 4957/2022.

  • Lecture in schools of Public Health, in Higher Technological Institutions, as well as in Secondary Education
